Occupational health services for IOCB

Occupational health services for IOCB are now provided by Dr. Sylva Kohoutová in her GP office on Zelená 14, Praha 6, phone; 235 350 262.

Dr. Kohoutová provides following services:

• pre-employment medical check-up of job applicants in the 2^nd or 3^rd risk category (prior signing of the employment contract)
• periodic check-ups (employees in the 1^st risk category may undergo the periodic exam at their GP),
• special medical check-ups (e.g. upon return from maternity leave or long-term unpaid leave, a transfer to a different position etc.),
• exit check-ups of employees in the 2^nd or 3^rd risk category when terminating employment with IOCB.

Employees are informed in advance on their check-ups due by Petra Skřivanová from the Personnel department. It is necessary to make an appointment for occupational medical check-ups in advance by phone. If you are registered with a different general practitioner, you need to bring along a detailed extract of the medical records from your GP. The check-up is covered by the employer, employees does not have to pay on the spot.
