Cultural and Social Events

1. Meetings of employed pensioners and retirees who have stopped working at the IOCB due to retirement (the conditions specified in the appendix to the Collective Agreement – Social Fund).
2. A Christmas meeting of employees under employment contract (the conditions specified in the appendix to the Collective Agreement – Social Fund).
3. A St. Nicholas day program for the children of the employees.

These contributions are not included in an employee’s personal benefit account.
