- Prague: apart from finding your rental accommodation, IOCB owns several apartment houses, where employees can be accommodated.
- Holiday chalets: IOCB owns two properties in the mountain regions, which employees can use for their and their family’s recreation. One is in v Malá Úpa in the Krkonoše mountains and the other is in Hojsova Stráž in the Šumava mountains.
