What initiatives are we planning to implement in the current phase?

• Support of like-minded initiatives, such as Women in Science, Green Club, PostDoc Club
• Focus on Human Resources strategy, methodology and assessment
• Practical implementation of the Equal Opportunities Plan
• Appointing a Data Steward and further develop research data management
• Increasing availability of digitalized administration forms and e-tools
• Extended well-being support and career development
• Continuous higher accessibility of soft skill trainings and workshops
