PhDr. Magdalena Frouzová

Psychological counseling services are newly available for IOCB employees. Consultations are provided by Dr. Magdalena Frouzová – Centre of Integrative Psychotherapy.

• Psychological consultations, i.e. psychological interventions (not psychological evaluation based on questionnaires).
• Sessions are held at a time of the client's choosing, i.e. during or outside standard work hours, including early morning or late night.
• Sessions are provided in Czech or English.
• Sessions may be concerned with personal, family, or work-related issues.
• Sessions are normally held at the Centre of Integrative Psychotherapy. In case of emergency or urgency, Dr. Frouzová is prepared to provide crisis intervention also on the phone at +420 602 350 438.

• Counseling is available for IOCB employees or, should the need arise, for their family members.
• For employees, the first session, lasting 1 to 2 hours, is free (covered entirely the IOCB). The following sessions are half paid by the client (800 CZK per hour), half covered by the IOCB.
• An employee's family member will be charged the full fee, i.e. 1,600 CZK per hour.

• For appointments, please call +420 602 350 438. The line is available for appointments during work days 9 AM – 5 PM. All missed calls will be returned within 4 hours.
• Sessions are held at the Centre of Integrative Psychotherapy (Bělohorská 93/2469, Praha 6). Only clients who identify as IOCB employees using the IOCB employee card may be provided the free or partially covered services (this does not apply to emergency phone assistance).

• The provider is professionally required to hold as confidential any information encountered in the course of counseling as per the Contract.
• The names of the employees who sought counseling will not be disclosed to the employer, not even for invoicing purposes. For auditing purposes, the provider is nevertheless bound to keep internal records of the clients who sought services partially covered by the IOCB and access to these records may be requested by the tax office, IOCB Supervisory Board, or an auditor carrying a written authorization signed by the IOCB director. The provider must also ensure these records are not accessible to a third party.

• Dr. Magdalena Frouzová is an experienced certified clinical psychologist of 45 years, marital and premarital counselor (since 1995), psychotherapist (accredited in 1998), supervisor (accredited in 2003), addictologist (accredited in 2010).
• She teaches externally at the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, and at the Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education (sub-department of Addictive Disease and SVZ).
