Criteria
  • The age limit of 40 years is on the date of the call deadline, career breaks are excluded from this limit; the limit can be extended by 3 years per child (length of maternity/parental leave must be confirmed with a solemn declaration).
  • In case of a team result, one member of the team may be over the age of 40.
  • Only a published (finished) research result can be submitted to the competition.
  • The research result was published between 01 Dec 2017 and 30 Nov 2021.
  • A project description is a mandatory part of the application.
  • There are no limits of number of applications per one institution.
  • Team members can be part of an unlimited number of applications, only one application per team leader can be submitted.
  • All team members have to agree with the submission of the result to the competition and with the processing of their personal data.
  • The research quality of the result and the contribution to the current state of knowledge are the main evaluation criteria.
