How to arrange or get

Mandatory project publicity: mandatory publicity in European or national projects must be taken into account in advance when planning the project. Include the costs of outputs and possible personnel coverage of PR in the project documentation. We will be happy to help with specific deliverables and then share them. For requests to produce a billboard, poster, plaque, or other products related to mandatory publicity, please contact Barbora Fričová.
Photographs: Need a current photo of your group or a portrait of your group leader? Please contact Tomáš Belloň.
Journal covers: If you have an offer to publish your own image on the cover of a scientific journal, Tomáše Belloň can create the cover for you based on mutual agreement, pending current workload and deadlines for the delivery of the cover.
Business cards: For personalized business cards in the IOCB design please contact Tomáš Belloň.
Branded stationery: Branded stationery (notepads, pencils, folders, rollers, lanyards, and envelopes) is available in the Communications office (A.4.34).
Welcome package: Have you just joined the IOCB? You can pick up a welcome package in the Communications office (A.4.34) with the voucher you received in the HR office.
Visits and popularization events: We look forward to your involvement in outreach events for schools and the general public. Please contact Oldřich Hudeček.
Funeral announcements: In order to have information about the passing of a colleague featured on the IOCB screens or displayed in the foyer, please contact Barbora Fričová.
