Our goal is to offer valuable support in specific areas, allowing you to focus more on doing research. How can we assist you?

• We promote and provide support in activities leading to an enhanced working environment for IOCB employees via HR Award EC program. Please see the dedicated page for more information;
• provide support for various internal and external evaluations;
• organize the summer student internship program and actively promote our institute at universities worldwide to attract talented students;
• assist PhD students and their supervisors during the application and onboarding process and organize events targeted at PhD student recruitment;
• support our community of postdocs in creating a series of learning and networking activities;
• are involved in setting up processes to support equal opportunities;
• offer free, on-demand proofreading and editing services for research papers;
• evaluate in-house data management needs and implement new tools, create and provide supporting materials, organize training sessions, or maintain communication platforms, all in aim to promote the best research data management practice. See the webpage for more information.
