Mandatory Trainings
The following is a list of e-learning modules covering specific topics. Read the step-by-step instructions to enter the training:

Safety training
All employees are required to take IOCB’s mandatory online Occupational safety and health training when starting employment, changing job, or as instructed by the director or group leader.
Options to choose from:
- Occupational health and safety and fire prevention – employees
- Occupational health and safety and fire prevention – managerial personnel
The group leaders’ printed and signed original certificates must be brought to the director’s secretariat. Group leaders are responsible for ensuring that all employees’ certificates (original and signed) are kept as evidence in a designated location within the relevant department or office.
Driver training
In compliance with the valid legal norms, IOCB employees who use or intend to use their own vehicle for fulfilling travel orders for the needs of the Institution must have a training of occasional driver. The training is provided by an on-line system that generates a Certificate of training for the user.
Online driver training must be carried out periodically every year.

All employees and students are also required to complete the online training on

as outlined in Directive S2023-04 .
Safe work with GMOs
Select the e-learning module entitled Handling genetically modified organisms (GMO). The resulting certificate must be printed, signed, and delivered to Ria Čechová (building C, 4th floor, room C.4.11). All documents with signatures must be originals; copies are not accepted.
Organic chemistry laboratories
All employees and students involved in organic chemistry must complete the e-learning module covering Safety regulations for work in organic laboratories.
