Lost Benefits Card

In case you know your log-in credentials:

  • Employee can re-order the electronic card on-line. After logging into the benefits system please go to the OTHER BENEFITS section and select the IOCB electronic card. Electronic card is free of charge.
  • You can order a plastic benefits card as well. The plastic card costs 50 points.
