Please write a request to benefity@benefity.cz.
State your:

• Name of employer
• Last and First name
• Employee number

New electronic card (free of charge) with PIN will be sent to your work e-mail address.

In case of emergency please contact Aranka Rozinková (HR office). She will re-set your PIN and send you the information to your work e-mail address.
