The nomination is annually: late August.

How to nominate for the Minister of the MEYS Award for R&D?
- Find and read guidelines:
- Contact two independent experts (at least one of whom does not work at the institution where the work was done) and ask them to provide you with Letters of recommendation.
- Fill in nomination template:
- Description of the extraordinary result, including citation (in RIV format)
- Proposal justification (1/2 page of text)
- Contact details of the applicant
- CV of the candidate
- Draft of the press release (15 lines)
- Enclosed 2 recommendation letters (PDF, signed)
- The nomination submission: The proposal has to be provided with an electronic signature and send either via data box to the MEYS (
vidaawt).
