Support with various types of external and internal sources of research funding is provided by four separate units at the IOCB. These units, staffed by highly qualified and motivated people, can help you with aspects throughout the project life cycle, from identification of opportunities, project preparation and submission through to project implementation. These four units are:

• The Project Office (PO) which provides (pre-award) support for external and internal funding (except for projects funded by EU structural funds, such as OP JAC etc.).
• The Planning and Budget department department supports project implementation from the point of the project being granted.
• The EXCELES office supports the implementation of projects funded by the National Recovery Fund (NPO) programme.
• The OP Projects department supports the preparation and implementation of projects funded by EU structural funds (OP, TAČR, Horizon).
