MultiSport Card

Each employee can apply for a MultiSport card as a part of our company benefits.

Please note that a new multisport card for existing employees is ordered for the following new year always by December 13 of the previous year.

Price of the Card: CZK 1 110/month

Priceof the guest card for an adult: CZK 1 600 Kč/month
Price of the card for a child: CZK 500/month


  • You can order the card up to 15th day of the month at Aranka Rozinková Aranky Rozinkové (✉: aranka.rozinkova@uochb.cas.cz) by bringing the Wage deduction form (2×).
  • Card will be valid from following month
  • Payment will be made by menas of wage deduction.
  • Only newly started employees or returning employees from maternity or parental leave can apply for a card during the year.
