• possible changes: termination of the project contract, new project employee, reduction or increase of the work time of the current project employee
  • all of these changes have to be announced in advance, before their realization, immediately after the science group leader is aware of them
  • a member/representative of the research team contacts the designed grant office employee, who is responsible for the administration of personnel costs (Jana Hronová) with a consultation of the new request (email / telephone / personally), this employee then informs the OP VVV office
  • for the reporting purposes to the Ministry of Education every personnel change has to be completed by the justification (i.e. if the work time is reduced / terminated, it is necessary to say who is going to carry out the project agenda, whether it is planned to hire a new employee or the activities will be redistributed among the other team members + how the change will influence the project goals and outputs)
  • the justification is prepared by the representative of the research group
