Outstanding researchers (top scientists) from the CAS Institutes

Why to nominate for the Premium Academiae?

• It is recognition of candidate’s contribution to the science.
• Increased credibility and visibility of outstanding researcher.
• To receive a diploma and financial subsidy up to 5,000,000 CZK/year for duration of 6 years.

When to nominate for the Premium Academiae?

31 March annually

How to nominate for the Premium Academiae?

1. Find and read guidelines

2. Fill in nomination template:
   • Candidate name and contacts, scientific field and specialization.
   • Description of the candidate‘s proposed scientific activity for the next 6 years.
   • Budget proposal including justification, project team for the next 6 years.
3. Send the application to the IOCB Board (Pavel Jungwirth pavel.jungwirth@uochb.cas.cz) for the Justification of the candidate's nomination.
4. Submission to the CAS Head office: The signed application must be send by the IOCB Secretariat via data box to the CAS (fr6adt5); before of 31 March annually.
