Conditions / Restrictions

1st stage - The Czech Academy of Sciences:
International Cooperation Department will administer applications from the Czech Republic. The CAS will select top proposals and submit the complete documents to JSPS by the end of the application period. Applicants will be informed about selection outputs (April/May 2021). More information here

2nd stage - Japanese Host institution application:

  • Japanese host researchers must be eligible to apply for a KAKENHI grant–in-aid and his/her affiliated institution must judge them able to implement the project and to provide an appropriate research environment (e.g., laboratory, equipment, personnel) for it.
  • Each host researcher may submit up to 3 applications. When multiple applications are submitted, the host researcher should state the order of his/her priority.
  • Overseas fellows are allowed to prepare only 1 application. Japanese host researchers should verify in advance that no other applications have been submitted for the overseas fellow.
  • The same person may not simultaneously be an overseas fellow for two or more kinds of fellowship programs under each recruitment.
  • Fellows are postdocs who have obtained their Ph.D. degree between 02 Apr 2015 and 01 Apr 2021 (before the fellowship goes into effect).
  • Japanese citizens, foreigners who are permitted permanent residence in Japan, former awardees of the Fellowship are not eligible.
  • Applications must be submitted to JSPS by a host researcher in Japan via the head of his/her university or institution.
  • Overseas fellows wishing to participate in the program are advised to establish contact with a Japanese or foreign-resident researcher in their field and to ask him/her to submit an application. They should make this contact well in advance of the host institution’s application deadline (more than 2 month before JSPS deadline).
  • Each Japanese host institution has to confirm the application list on the electronic application system by the deadline. Each Japanese host institution has to submit two types of documents in paper by the deadline: (i) List of applications, (ii) List of applicants.
  • For the fellow who has been living in Japan (and has a mailing address) before the fellowship starting date, the “traveling expense” of outbound flight and a “settle-in allowance” will not be paid.
  • Fellows are not permitted to receive other fellowships or funding (e.g. salary or other compensation) during the tenure of their fellowships.
  • Fellows are not allowed to receive per diem even when they are provided funds for transportation and accommodation during trips to execute their research plans.
  • During the tenure, fellows must devote full time to their research at their host institutions, and not engage in any other work or research.
  • Fellows must, as a rule, reside in Japan during the term of their fellowships, and leave Japan on the expiration date of their tenure. If Fellows wish to take a temporary leave of absence from Japan during the tenure, they must follow the JSPS rules.
  • A Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (Grant-in-Aid for JSPS Research Fellow) is available to cover cooperative research-related expenses (lab research up to ¥1.2 M per fiscal year, non-lab research up to ¥0.8 M per fiscal year). Application for these grants is made by the Japanese host researcher through his/her institution.

  2. Collaboration by the applicant and candidate must be expected to advance the subject research.
  3. The applicant and candidate must have established contact in advance and created a concrete research plan.
  4. The applicant’s institution must establish a suitable place for the candidate to work and stay.
  5. As much as possible, unbalance should avoid in the selectees' nationalities, host institutions, areas of specialization. Care should be taken to allow people from a wide diversity of countries to come to Japan.
  6. Not only the score of the document review but also the examiners' reasons and comments are to be given adequate consideration.

Conditions / Restrictions
  • Applicant needs to register for an EMBO online application account. Once login details for the account have been received it is possible to start an application.
  • Applicant can apply repeatedly for new project in a different laboratory. New application is only possible 12 months after the end of the previous STF or in the case of unsuccessful applicants, the date of application.
  • Applicant may only submit one application, for one project, at one host laboratory at each round of selection. It is recommended that applications be submitted at least 3 months before the proposed start date of the research visit, or at minimum, applications must be submitted before the start date of the research visit.
  • All research activities must be in compliance with fundamental ethical and research integrity principles, such as those set out in the Belmont Report: Ethical Principles and Guidelines for the Protection of Human Subjects of Research, and in the Singapore Statement on Research Integrity.
  • Do NOT indicate the journal impact factor. EMBO is a signatory of DORA.
  • Applicant should list and activate contacts of two referees and the host institute supervisor. It is responsibility of the applicant to check that the referees and the host supervisor have received the request and complete the form.

  • It is not possible to apply to several fellowship programmes or the Sofja Kovalevskaja Award Programme concurrently.
  • It is not possible to break up the research stay.
  • Applicant must have lived outside Germany for a minimum of 12 months in total in the 18-month period prior to the submission deadline.
  • Applicants who have already been sponsored by the Humboldt Foundation are not eligible to apply for the Humboldt Research Fellowship Programme but should turn to the Foundation’s Alumni Programme for support for further research stays.

  • The Humboldt Research Award can only be granted once to any one academic. Researchers who have already received a research award for their academic achievements from the Humboldt Foundation are not eligible to be nominated. Furthermore, the nominee should not have recently won any awards or fellowships in Germany for his or her academic accomplishments. At the time of nomination, the nominated candidate must have been predominantly living and working abroad for at least 5 years. Moreover, the nominees must not have held or accepted an offer of permanent employment in Germany prior to the selection date.
  • Nominating academics must guarantee that they can provide the necessary infrastructure for the award winner’s own research projects or lecture tours (e.g. access to libraries, materials, facilities). German hosts are also expected to be well prepared for the award winner’s research stay and to act as his or her personal mentor (e.g. finding accommodation).

  • Supervisors are expected to provide:
    1. informative description of internship project with specific tasks & learning outcomes;
    2. mentoring during the whole internship;
    3. hold at least two in-depth conversations about expectations, tasks & learning outcomes;
    4. adequate workspace;
    5. support in finding a suitable place to stay during the internship & in making first appointments with the necessary authorities;
    6. issue a letter of recommendation based on performance during the internship if necessary;
    7. support with leisure activities;
    8. ranking of the received applications.
  • Scholars are expected:
    1. to adhere to all rules & regulations agreed upon with the DAAD;
    2. to immediately inform about any problems or changes occur that might affect the internship;
    3. to do the best to successfully complete the internship;
    4. to be open-minded about different living conditions & people;
    5. to network with other DAAD/RISE scholarship holders in the region;
    6. to submit all reports andother requested documents at the end of the internship.
  • Every researcher can host only one intern, can upload only one project offer.
  • Supervisors have to submit their project offer to DAAD database. The offer is accessible to anyone who is interested in applying and has registered online.
  • Students may apply for up to three projects.
  • The timeframe of the internship is individually arranged between the student and the foreign supervisor.

  • Candidates must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Spain or Portugal for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the call deadline.

  • The fellowship will start when the chosen candidate and the research centre reach an agreement regarding their admission.

  • Secondments of the researcher to partner organisations are encouraged, but they should be relevant, feasible, and beneficial for the researcher and in line with the project objectives.
  • Maximum duration of secondment is 3 months (<18 months fellowship) or 6 months (>18 months fellowship).
  • The secondment can be a single period or can be divided into shorter mobility periods. It can take place at one or more organisations, which can be located in the same country as the beneficiary. A secondment is allowed during any phase of the project to any entity located in a MS/AC*. Secondments can take place within the same sector or inter-sectoral.

  • Excellence (50%): (1) Quality and credibility of the research/innovation project; level of novelty, appropriate consideration of inter/multidisciplinary and gender aspects; (2) Quality and appropriateness of the training and of the two way transfer of knowledge between the researcher and the host; (3) Quality of the supervision and of the integration in the team/institution; (4) Potential of the researcher to reach or re-enforce professional maturity/independence during the fellowship.
  • Impact (30%): (5) Enhancing the future career prospects of the researcher after the fellowship; (6) Quality of the proposed measures to exploit and disseminate the project results; (7) Quality of the proposed measures to communicate the project activities to different target audiences.
  • Quality and efficiency of the implementation (20%): (8) Coherence and effectiveness of the work plan, including appropriateness of the allocation of tasks and resources; (9) Appropriateness of the management structure and procedures, including risk management; (10) Appropriateness of the institutional environment (infrastructure).
All IF proposals that scored 85% or more but could not be funded from the call budget will be awarded a Seal of Excellence (quality label awarded to H2020 project proposals – to help find alternative funding)

  • Applications have to be made jointly by the candidate and their host, who must be an ETH Zurich Professor and willing to act as the mentor of the fellow.
  • There must be convincing synergies between the host (group) and ETH fellow.
  • The fellowships are intended as early support towards academic independence, hence priority will be given to applicants who propose their own projects.
  • An application can be submit up to six months ahead of the graduation with a certification of the planned date of the defense signed by the advisor or department chair.
  • The electronic submission must be operated by an employee of the host professorship because you need an ETH (nethz) user name and password.
  • Two letters of reference must be sent directly to ethfellows@sl.ethz.ch, at the latest 10 days before the relevant deadline.
  • Hardcopy of the signed cover sheet must be sent directly to ethfellows@sl.ethz.ch, at the latest 7 days after the submission deadline.

Žadatel má
  1. české občanství;

  3. velmi dobrou znalost angličtiny;
  4. dokončenou vysokou školu (minimálně bakalářský program);
  5. výborné studijní výsledky během vysokoškolského studia;
  6. jazykový test TOEFL minimálně na 80 bodů;
  7. u kategorie “Degree” a “Non-degree” zkouška GRE General Test;
  8. u kategorie “visiting research” pozvání americké strany vyjadřující ochotu studenta přijmout. Pozvání musí obsahovat přesná data pobytu a případnou výši poplatků, které si bude americká škola nárokovat. U této kategorie si žadatel případné poplatky hradí ze svých zdrojů, proto je velmi důležité mít všechny podmínky a poplatky vymezeny ve zvacím dopise. U ostatních kategorií navázání předchozího kontaktu s univerzitou není podmínkou, ale doporučuje se z praktických důvodů.

Přednost mají uchazeči, kteří v USA na vysoké škole nestudovali nebo dlouhodobě nežili.
Žadatel si do přihlášky ke stipendiu píše až tři vysoké školy podle svého výběru. Vlastní umisťování na americké univerzity zajišťuje Institute of International Education, www.iie.org
Žadatel si může v 1 akademickém roce podat pouze 1 přihlášku do programů Fulbright.

  • Applicants need to be members of a FEBS Constituent Society (e.g. the Czech Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology), to be working in a laboratory in a FEBS country (for at least 1 year) and to be seeking to work in a laboratory in a different FEBS country.
  • Applicants who are already working at the host institute are eligible for LTF if the length of the stay does not exceed 9 months at the closing date of the call.
  • Applicants must have a PhD completed less than 3 years prior to the application deadline (extension for a justified career breaks).
  • Former holders of a LTF may not apply for another LTF, whereas former holders of a STF or a CDS may apply for a LTF if the previous fellowship was completed more than 12 months prior to the date of application for a LTF.
  • Applicants are not allowed to be funded by other grants except of additional top-up funds of the host institutions in cases where the stipend granted is below the minimum income for a postdoctoral researcher defined by law in the host country.

Conditions / Restrictions
  • Applicants must have completed their Ph.D. before starting the fellowship.
  • Applicants are free to choose any country (except Germany) as destination for their research stay abroad, provided they have not resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in that country for more than 12 months in total during the three years preceding the application deadline of 31 August 2020.
  • Appropriate host institutions in Germany and abroad must have been identified at the time of application.
  • The employing host institution in Germany has to be a university. The German host university must confirm in writing that the postdoc will be employed for the whole funding period. The university will appoint a mentor/scientific host, who will inform the PRIME scholar during his/her stay abroad about developments at the institution and answer his/her queries to ensure a successful reintegration at the end of the period abroad. It is expected that the German university indicates at the time of application the possibilities for longer-term research perspectives at the institution following DAAD funding.
  • The foreign host institution shall be selected according to the scientific needs of the applicant and the research project. It can be a university, a non-university research institute, or an industrial research entity. It must be willing to support the postdoc in the realization of her/his research project and provide the necessary infrastructure. The type of support (office space, access to instruments, laboratories, libraries etc.) has to be defined and a mentor/scientific host appointed at the foreign host institution. DAAD cannot make funding available to the foreign host institution.

  5. Time schedule for the realization of the planned work abroad and in Germany (applicant & German & foreign host institution)
  6. Invitation letter from the German host university: suitability for the execution of the research project, the support to be provided, the name(s) of the mentor/scientific host and possibly also the longer-term research perspectives at the institution (German institution)
  7. Binding declaration from the German host university to provide a temporary position for the funding period at the rate appropriate for postdocs at the institution within the framework of project funding from the DAAD (German institution)
  8. Invitation letter from the foreign host institution: suitability for the execution of the research project, the support to be provided and the name(s) of the mentor/scientific host (host supervisor/host institution)
  9. Certificates of two most recent academic degree (usually master and the Ph.D.), if the document is not available in English or German, it must be translated. If the Ph.D. has not yet been completed an additional statement from the Ph.D. supervisor is required, stating when successful completion of the Ph.D. is expected (applicant)
  10. Publication list categorized according to (a) publications in peer review journals, (b) specialist books, and (c) conference proceedings and indicating the type of publication (original paper, review etc.). For each publication the state of publication (published, in print, accepted, submitted) and complete bibliographical information (including the first and last page number) must be provided. Include electronic links where available (applicant)
  11. List of the most important publications (min 1, max 3) and the reasons for their selection (importance of the scientific results, significance for the research project, new methodological approach etc., max 1 page). Please comment on your specific contribution if several authors are involved. The electronic link (URL) must be provided. If the publications are not available online, single articles can also be uploaded (applicant)
  12. Short summary of the doctoral thesis (1-2 pages) (applicant)
  13. Supplementary information (if applicable) on other scientific, professional and social activities, and possibly on your personal situation, as far as this information might be relevant for the assessment of the proposal (applicant)
  14. Ethics Issues Checklist for checking whether ethical standards for scientific research might be affected by the planned research project. This document is a mandatory self-declaration and has to be submitted by every applicant (applicant)
  15. Language certificate for the period abroad: the language skills must be sufficient to successfully conduct the research project at the host institute. However, an additional certificate for English is not required on the level of postdoctoral funding (applicant)
  16. Certificate for the knowledge of German: the German host confirms that knowledge of English is sufficient to realize the planned project. In this case no additional language certificate is required (German institution)

  1. Academic performance: grades, duration of studies; number and quality of publications; other achievements (patents, conference invitations, prizes, supervision, teaching etc.); the recommendations from the application’s referees;
  2. Overall impression of the applicant, taking into consideration e.g.: additional scientific/practical/management experience; international mobility; interdisciplinary research experience; intersectoral mobility; social commitment; personal situation (e.g. unavoidable delays during academic career due to maternity and parental leave, care for children or other dependent persons, illness; researchers with special needs, researchers displaced by conflicts).

Project quality and long-term career perspectives:

  1. Research project: quality; originality; relevance/up-to-dateness; implementation (time schedule and work plan); impact on the research field;
  2. Suitability of the German host institution and the support provided there (scientific mentoring, technical/administrative support);

Conditions / Restrictions
  • Applicant must hold a Ph.D. degree or equivalent or equivalent at the start of the fellowship, at the latest. The Ph.D. degree must have been obtained during the two years prior to the application submission. Exceptions to this rule are made for applicants with prolonged career breaks due to parental leave, etc.
  • Applicant must have at least one first (or joint first) author research paper accepted for publication or published in an international peer reviewed journal at the time the application is complete. Do NOT indicate the journal impact factor. EMBO is a signatory of DORA.
  • Application must involve a change of country. Applications to move within the same country are eligible if the applicant has been living or working for a maximum of six months in that country during the previous 18 months from the time the application is complete. Applicant may apply to the labs where they did not work more than six months.
  • Applicant needs to register for an EMBO online application account. Once login details for the account have been received it is possible to start an application. Figures and tables cannot be included in the application.
  • Applicant may only submit one application, for one project, at one host laboratory at each round of selection. Reapplication is permitted only once.
  • Applicant should list and activate two referees and the receiving institute contact person as soon as possible, preferably 4 weeks prior to the deadline. It is responsibility of the applicant to check that the referees and the receiving institute have received the request and complete the form.
  • It is the applicant’s responsibility to arrange the interview with the interviewer and to make sure they have all required documents in order before they travel. Applicant may be requested to give a seminar as part of the interview procedure.
  • Starting in the Spring 2020 Call, EMBO will offer funds in EMBC member states for host institutions to issue employment contracts to awardees. Fellows outside EMBC member states will receive a stipend as before.

Conditions / Restrictions
  • Applicants must hold a Ph.D. by the time funding starts and should have no more than 7 years of active full-time postdoctoral experience at the time of submission.
  • Applicants should be working outside the UK and should not hold UK citizenship at the time of application.
  • Applicants who completed their Ph.D. at a UK organisation must have been working and based outside the UK for at least one year at the deadline for the application.
  • Contact between the UK co-applicant & applicant is essential and should lead to a clearly defined and mutually-beneficial research project. The UK co-applicant must be an established researcher of at least postdoctoral status, must make all the necessary practical & administrative arrangements for the duration of the fellowship and must hold a permanent or fixed term contract in a publicly-funded research organisation.
  • Applicants may only submit 1 application in a round. The application must be with only 1 Co-applicant at a UK host organisation.
  • Applicants must be competent in oral and written English.
  • Former Newton fellows are not permitted to apply again.
  • Five reference statements are required for the application: (i) head of the host institution, (ii) UK Co-applicant, (iii) Applicant´s current supervisor, (iv) two nominated referees.
  • Additional fellowships provided by Newton Fund for applicants currently based in one of partner countries: Brazil, China, India, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey.
  • It is the applicant´s responsibility to liaise with the UK Host Organisation´s Approver, Co-Applicant, current supervisor, and the nominated referees to ensure that the required tasks are completed by the deadline.

Conditions / Restrictions
  • Postdoctoral candidates must apply for the fellowship under the guidance of a Sponsor—a scientist (tenured, tenure-track or equivalent position) capable of providing mentorship to the Fellow.
  • Awards are made to institutions for the support of the Fellow under direct super-vision of the Sponsor (a tenure-track scientist) capable of providing mentorship.
  • In addition to aiding in the planning, execution and supervision of the proposed research, the Sponsor’s role is to foster the development of the Fellow’s overall knowledge, technical and analytical skills, and capacity for scientific inquiry. The Sponsor is also expected to assist the Fellow in attaining his/her career goals.
  • Applicants must have received their Ph.D. degrees no more than 18 months prior to the application deadline date, and must not have been in their Sponsors´ labs for more than one year prior to the application deadline date.
  • Applicants are expected to devote 100% of their time and effort to Damon Runyon-supported research activities.
  • Candidates who have already accepted a postdoctoral research fellowship award are not eligible.
  • Only 1 fellowship will be accepted from a Sponsor, co-Sponsor or Fellow per review session; there is no limit to the number of applications from an institution.
  • Second-, third- and fourth-year funding of awards is contingent upon satisfactory review of the annual progress reports.
  • Any unexpected expense allowance may be carried over to the next award year, but any unexpected stipend must be returned to the Foundation at the end of each fellowship year.
  • Fellows are permitted to obtain additional awards or grants to cover research expenses only. Fellows are not permitted to hold any other award or grant that supplements their stipend. Fellows are required to seek approval from the Foundation before applying for any other award or grant. Budgetary overlap is not allowed. It is critical that all current and pending grant support for your research be reported to the Foundation.
  • It is the responsibility of the host institution to make every effort to ensure that awardees comply with federal immigration policy.
  • Fellows my not enter into confidentiality agreements that prevent or delay them from publishing and/or presenting their Damon Runyon-supported research.
  • By accepting of the award, the grantee and the institution(s) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Intellectual Property Policy.
  • Manuscripts have to be publicly available in PubMed Central no later than 12 months after the official date of journal publication.
  • The Foundation has established an annual fund of $25,000 for open access fee reimbursement policy that is available on a first-come, first-served basis to current awardees to pay fees incurred by publishing in open access journals.
  • The Foundation hosts an annual scientific retreat. First- and third-year fellows are required to attend to present a poster or an oral presentation of their work.
  • The Foundation will allow up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birth/adoptive parents consistent with their institution´s policy.
  • Damon Runyon Fellows are eligible to apply for the Dale F. Frey Award for Breakthrough Scientists.

The proposed research and training environment should represent a new opportunity for the applicant to expand his/her scientific skill set.

Conditions / Restrictions
  • Applications have to be made jointly by the candidate and their host, who must be an ETH Zurich Professor and willing to act as the mentor of the fellow.
  • There must be convincing synergies between the host (group) and ETH fellow.
  • The fellowships are intended as early support towards academic independence, hence priority will be given to applicants who propose their own projects.
  • An application can be submit up to six months ahead of the graduation with a certification of the planned date of the defense signed by the advisor or department chair.
  • The electronic submission must be operated by an employee of the host professorship because you need an ETH (nethz) user name and password.
  • Two letters of reference must be sent directly to ethfellows@sl.ethz.ch, at the latest 10 days before the relevant deadline.
  • Hardcopy of the signed cover sheet must be sent directly to ethfellows@sl.ethz.ch, at the latest 7 days after the submission deadline.
  • You will be asked to suggest four names of potential reviewers.

Conditions / Restrictions
  • Students needs to be registered in a Czech university and needs to have higher education diplomas (Ing. or Mgr.) before their research stay in France.
  • Applicants must be Ph.D. students subscribed simultaneously at Czech and French universities.
  • The Joint Degree Ph.D. Study is prepared simultaneously by Czech and French university. All conditions are summarized in the "Cotutelle agreement” about Joint Degree Ph.D. Study" must be signed by both universities. The students commits to providing this agreement before the first departure to France.
  • During 3 years, fellows spend time alternately on both universities. The Fellowship covers three 5-months stays in France.
  • Research visits have to start on 01 Oct or 01 Nov 2020.
  • Non-French speaking students may apply for the fellowship if the French supervisor hosting mobility agrees for the research stay to be performed in the English.
  • Successful students will receive a Joint University Diploma accredited by both universities.
  • Applications have to be sent electronically by email, as one compressed folder with all documents in PDF format to aia@dzs.cz to sciences.prague@gmail.com in a copy.

Conditions / Restrictions
  • Applicants must be only Ph.D. students who are subscribed at Czech universities.
  • Research visits have to start on 01 Oct or 01 Nov 2020.
  • Non-French speaking students may apply for the fellowship if the French supervisor hosting mobility agrees for the research stay to be performed in the English.
  • Dates of arrival & departure have to correspond to dates of beginning & closing of the visit.
  • Applications have to be sent electronically by email, as one compressed folder with all documents in PDF format to aia@dzs.cz to sciences.prague@gmail.com in a copy.
  • Name the compressed folder: “LAST NAME first name-Short stay–category (LSM)”.
  • Name each file in the folder: “LAST NAME first name-application type (CV,..)”.
  • Personal interviews with selected applicants will be held on 31 Mar 2020 at the French Institute in Prague. Applicants are expected to present their research projects in 10-min presentations (max 7 slides) and answer all questions.
  • Fellows are expected to become important players and to strengthen Czech-French relationships & collaboration.

  1. Application form: scan of signed form;
  2. CV: incl. applicant’s contact information (address, phone number, email) - max. 2 pages;
  3. Cover letter: description of further professional career development of the applicant, description of the study, explanation of reasons for choosing a field of study and conducting part of the project in the French lab - max. 2 pages;
  4. Project description: research plan with time schedule, incl. dates for each of the three 5-months stays in France; names and contact information of Czech & French supervisors - max 2 pages;
  5. Letter of Support from the French supervisor who will be responsible for the study, agreement with the supervision together with the Czech supervisor, confirmation to supervise student during his/her three 5-months stays in France; dates of beginning & closing of stays;

  7. A transcript of the most recent grades (last 2 years of studies).

Conditions / Restrictions
  • The program is designed for foreign nationals. Candidates who hold French citizenship, even if they are also a citizen of another country, are not eligible.
  • Knowledge of French language is requested in level sufficient for the studies.Applicants for master studies may request two additional months for language courses Grantees must complete 75% of their curriculum in France.
  • Applications are put forward by the French host institutions, which agree to enroll the grantees in the program for which they are selected.
  • The Eiffel program does not cover tuition.
  • Recipients of grants from the French government are exempted from paying the application and registration fees charged by public institutions.
  • Each institution may nominate a maximum of 40 applicants at the master’s level.
  • Applicants nominated by more than one institution will be immediately rejected.


Proposal consists of

1st step:

  • You have to choose by yourself the French institution according to your project of study. Any French higher education institution can apply.
  • You may contact the International Relations department of the university/school trough their website, by email or phone, to know the deadline for the submission of applications.

2nd step:

  • If your French university/school has decided to support your application to the Eiffel scholarship, they will send you the application form and help you fill it out.
  • Finally, they will send the application on your behalf.

Applications are submitted by the French host institutions, which agree to enroll the grantees in the program for which they are selected.
