MST (MicroScale Thermophoresis) technology measures the interactions of biomacromolecules (typically proteins or nucleic acids) with their ligands in solution based on the detection of fluorescence changes.
We operate instruments for the analysis of macromolecular interactions using MST, help to optimize assay conditions for the measurement of binding constants, and train new users.

We use MST instruments of the Monolith
series manufactured by NanoTemper (München, Germany).
