The IOCB High Performance Computing core facility offers a variety of services. We maintain Aurum cluster available for solving problems that need large computing power. We also can provide consultations/help with computational projects of IOCB researchers. The topics cover broad areas, such as image processing, virtual screening or biomolecular calculations or big data handling, software, and hardware support for molecular dynamics simulation.
