In addition to other services the group organizes seminars, trainings and workshops to present new advances in high throughput sequencing and NGS data analysis in any field of biological science as well as educate other group members in data analysis basics.

• Introduction to NGS (February/March 2023)
  The aim of the course is to provides general overview of massive parallel sequencing allowing basic orientation in current technologies, principles, workflows and applications including both, sample preparation and data analysis. The course is held by NGS Support facility (NGSf) members.
