Flow Cytometry Service Laboratory

 

The flow cytometry laboratory is part of the IOCB core facility Biochemical Pharmacology. We provide state-of-the-art instrumentation in flow cytometry, theoretical and technical training, technical expertise, as well as cell sorting service on a regular base. Additionally, we offer consultancy on experimental design, sample preparation, data acquisition and analysis, as well as technical support and troubleshooting. The FCF currently runs two cell sorters (BD FACSAria IIu and CytoFLEX SRT) and two analyzers (BD LSR Fortessa and CytoFLEX LX), both equipped with High Throughput Sampler (HTS) module. We also have FlowJo analysis station. No training is required to run data analysis.

All sorts must be arranged and booked in advance with the operator. For sorting experiment, please fill Sort Request form   and send it to cytometry@uochb.cas.cz.
