• Compound admission is handled after their registration in the AHL and their subsequent approval by the group leader or an authorized colleague in the room A.2.81 by J. Hniličková and L. Borovičková.

  • Compounds in a quantity sufficient to prepare 1 ml of a 10 mM solution are stored in the library and subsequently tested by the Virology and Biochemical Pharmacology groups and the results are stored in the AHL. Testing takes place after filling at least ¼ of the 384w plate.

  • A library of non-standard solutions is prepared from substances that are poorly soluble in DMSO or that were submitted in insufficient quantity. This requires more effort in testing, and substances from it are tested only occasionally, or at the special request to the heads of the Virology and Biochemical Pharmacology groups.
