NGS Project Design and Processing

  • Collection, optimization and testing of new laboratory workflows
  • Quotations of project cost using in-house database containing all common NGS technologies (Illumina, BGI, PacBio, Oxford nanopore, TenX genomics and others) with up-to date pricelists of external suppliers.
  • Participation on NGS project designs taking in account adequate data analysis-driven requirements such as sequencing strategy (long, short, paired-end, mate-pair reads), library prep method and library size, read depth, number of replicates, etc. and selection of the best fitting sequencing provider (price-quality-time optimum).
  • On-site co-operation on custom sample processing and library preparation in the client’s laboratory.
  • Project processing - client will provide DNA/RNA samples, NGSf will take care about everything else.
