BD LSR Fortessa

LSR Fortessa cell analyzer (BD Biosciences) uses up to five lasers (355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm and 640 nm) that enable the detection of up to 18 colours simultaneously. The collection optics reducing excitation losses and improving light collection efficiency results in optical efficiency that delivers maximal sensitivity and resolution for multicolor applications. BD™ High Throughput Sampler (HTS) allows sample loading from 96-well microtiter plates for screening assays.
