CytoFLEX LX

Our newest cell analyzer CytoFLEX LX (Beckman Coulter) is equipped with six lasers (355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 638 nm and 808 nm) and provides the possibility of 21 parameters detection from tubes or 96-well plates. The system of interchangeable filters enables detection of side scatter from 405 nm laser suitable for small particle analysis. For acquisition and analysis, the machine uses CytExpert software.
