Negative stain analysis
Negative staining is a sample analysis method which reveals gross structural details, e.g. shape and surface features, of the target macromolecules.
The method is relatively quick and easy to perform, making it a first choice for initial screening and sample quality check, before any further
analysis.
- Sample preparation and data collection is conducted at IOCB. Methodology training is available.
- Minimum sample quantity ca 20 µl of 0.2 µM.
