These programmes aim to establish or intensify international scientific cooperation and stimulate involvement of young researchers and Ph.D. students. Collaboration should result in a preparation of larger international projects. Conditions may vary based on the bilateral agreements.

- CAS Mobility Plus template – sample
- Contact your foreign partner/colleague in a relevant country and jointly prepare Mobility Plus Project proposal.
- Project proposals must be submitted in parallel to both partner organizations.
- Identical information concerning to both institutions, principal investigators and their teams, project title, abstract and project description has to be provided.
- Financial contributions must be calculated and provided in compliance with the valid national legislation and internal regulations of the partner organizations.
- Establish your account at the CAS online application KIS
- Fill in all the parts of your application at the KIS
- Abstract (en max 1,100 characters incl. spaces each)
- Project description (max 10,000 characters incl. spaces in total)
- Research teams description (max 5,000 characters incl. spaces in total)
- Budget description (mobility costs, research costs)
- Description of funding synergies
- CVs of Czech and foreign PIs: (max 1 page) + list of 5 project-relevant publications in the last five years
- Create draft PDF of your proposal at the KIS application and send it by e-mail to the Project Office (projectoffice@uochb.cs.cz) for formal check. For IOCB approval with project submission, please complete the form in the electronic project proposal approval system.
- Finalise your project proposal after the approval and forward it through your KIS account to the IOCB Director for his approval and submission before IOCB internal deadline Mon 02 June 2025.
- Check that your colleagues submit in parallel matching application to their national provider.
The project proposal will be submitted via KIS to the CAS Head Office before Mon 09 June 2025.
